For no apparent crime, I have been sentanced to a week at my Grandmother's house. She is turning 89 on thursday, and is still somehow completely sane (though she seems to be increasing her quantity of snacks, despite the fact that she keeps shrinking...ergo, I have already had a nice full course meal consisting of processed cookies and honey nut cheerios). And to top off tonight's splendor of events, I won't be seeing my absolute best friend for the first day this whole summer (minus one very busy Sunday), nor will I see him for the next 6 days. I feel very homesick, and would much rather have not taken an 8 hour drive to the middle of nofun. On the plus side (if there is one), He was gracious enough to lend me his camera for my trip, so I will be putting up some new pictures soon. I do, after all, have a plethora of small children that I can shoot down here, so maybe I'll come up with something decent.
But I still want to go home.
